We evaluate your skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and goals to identify what your skin truly needs. By analysing factors such as hydration, sensitivity, congestion, pigmentation, and signs of ageing, we create a tailored treatment and skincare plan to help you reach healthy, balanced, beautiful skin
Cancellation Policy
At Natural Skin + Beauty, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Your booking time is dedicated solely to your treatment, and we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur 100% of the treatment cost. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply. BOOKING DEPOSITS Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments, but can be transferred with sufficient notice.
