APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur 100% of the treatment cost.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.

BOOKING DEPOSITS

Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments but can be transferred when sufficient notice is provided.
